I have had chronic neck pain and shoulder for a long time, and my physical therapist recommended a pillow with neck support. I thought I would give this pillow a try based on the good reviews everyone gave. I've done physical therapy, massages, exercise etc..but still the next morning I would wake up with a stiff shoulder and neck pain. After trying this pillow for 2 weeks, I can say the pain level has gone down from 8 to 1. Once you get used to it, you will appreciate this pillow more. The pillow is stiff and not as fluffy so don't expect to sink in this pillow. I did not notice any smell or odor at all like some reviewers mentioned. Eventually you need a pillow cover, whether you can smell it or not, the cover will help eliminate the smell. The only thing, I wish was the pillow a little thicker, it is not high enough for me, my personal preference. Overall, I think this pillow is great.
I adore this pillow! I was searching for a firm pillow a few months ago and I ran across this one on here. No place where I live makes this brand so I ordered from here. After hearing the reviews on how great this product was/is, I HAD to try it for myself. Now I am the type of person that is very rough on pillows and after a few months or even within a month, I need a new one. What's great about this is that I don't need to buy any for a long time. It's guaranteed for 15 years so I'm hoping that it will last that long. Help my lower back pain and keeps it away, it's great!

I'm a stomach and side sleeper, and I've had a really hard time finding a pillow that works for me. I sleep with my pillow in between my head and arm (with my head directly over my arm) when sleeping on my side, and sometimes when I'm on my stomach, as well. Most pillows I had purchased in the past were either too thick, or so thin that my arm would fall asleep from the weight of my head resting on it. This pillow is fantastic, because it's thin enough to sleep on my stomach, but it's also dense enough to keep my arm from falling asleep.
My partner tried my pillow, and he liked it so much that we bought another one for him. We both love them! I'd definitely recommend the Traditional shape pillow to anyone who sleeps on their stomach.
First let me say that I've been through what seems like a million pillows to finally find one that is comfortable and stays that way. I love this pillow. It's just thick enough for me (about 5" to start compressing to about 4" in use). It does not accumulate heat or feel hard on the head like other memory foam pillows. After a month of use it shows no signs of any compression changes (most pillows I have used tend to lose support and flatten in a relatively short time). The profile is closer to flat (it is bowed somewhat) than most pillows so you get some neck support instead of hinging your neck. This is the perfect pillow for a side sleeper and/or a CPAP user as your head doesn't sink so much into it. I highly recommend this pillow.
I got one of these for Christmas and loved it. The only problem was my girlfriend loved it as much as me and was constantly stealing it. The only solution was for me to buy her one of her own for Valentine's Day. She couldn't have been happier.
This pillow is a bit tall and firm, but that is exactly what I was looking for.
